Please remember, your deposit is strictly non-refundable!
  • Please ensure that you check in and out on the specified days and times that you have reserved! If there are any changes to your plans, we kindly ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible! Thank you!
  • All agreements have been thoroughly reviewed and signed!
  • The emergency contact information has been successfully provided and recorded for our documentation.
  • FULL TRANSPARENCY & COMMUNICATION SHOULD BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES!
  • VACCINATIONS-Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella - VACCINATION POLICY: FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL DOGS AND STAFF MEMBERS - ALL DOGS MUST BE CURRENT ON REQUIRED VACCINATIONS. IF YOUR DOG HAS A MEDICAL EXEMPTION, PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER FROM YOUR VETERINARIAN. FAILURE TO PRESENT DOCUMENTATION OF VACCINE RECORDS OR EXEMPTION LETTERS AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOARDING OR DAYCARE RESERVATION. Please add vaccine information under "Pet & Vaccines" in your Paw Partner account and upload the necessary documents. It is the responsibility of the owners to ensure their dog's vaccinations are uploaded to the Paw Partner account along with the expiration dates. HOMEOPATHIC VET CARE: We WILL accept “Titer information” for dogs unable to receive vaccinations due to autoimmune disorders or similar issues. While the Canine Influenza Vaccine is recommended, it is NOT required for stays at our facility, as we understand that it may not always be available at veterinary clinics.
  • BEDDING-Please refrain from bringing your own bedding, as we will provide bedding for your dog! Our offerings include high-quality cots, cozy blankets, and various other dog bed options tailored to suit your dog's specific needs!
  • MEDICATIONS-All prescription medications prescribed by the veterinarian must be kept in their original prescription bottles, complete with the veterinarian's label or note. Please do not place any medications or supplements in baggies, food, or pill pockets, as doing so will hinder our ability to properly administer the medication to your dog. Additionally, CBD oil must also be in its original bottle, accompanied by a label or note from the veterinarian.
  • DOG FOOD- We strongly encourage you to bring your dog's food, as it is beneficial for your pet to maintain the same diet they have at home. Please ensure that the dog food is stored appropriately in a sealable and waterproof container, which should also apply to any dog treats you may bring. Make sure to label the container with your dog's name and specific feeding instructions. It is important to refrain from bringing open bags of food. If necessary, we provide fridges and freezers for the safe storage of your dog's food.
  • PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL BELONGINGS YOU PLAN TO BRING FOR YOUR DOGS STAY ARE CLEARLY LABELED!
  • COLLAR WITH NAME TAG- (no choke chains, corrective collars, harnesses, or clothing are permitted!)
  • NO RAW HIDE BONES, HARD BONES, PIG EARS, BULLY STICKS, AND SIMILAR ITEMS SHOULD BE PROVIDED, as they pose choking hazards!
  • AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS -Aggressive behavior is not tolerated. It is essential that we can manage your dog while they are in our care. Any display of aggression toward our staff is unacceptable. If your dog shows aggression, you will be required to pick them up immediately.
  • Brachycephalic dogs-characterized by their shorter noses and flat faces, must maintain optimal health and be free of any breathing problems.

Additional information to note:

It is essential to ensure that your dog is vaccinated before arriving at our facilities, especially if their vaccination is due or has lapsed. The health of your dog is our top priority. We recommend that you check your dog's health and vaccination status with your veterinarian at least every six months to a year.

We gladly accept dogs that have recently undergone surgery or have other medical needs. However, it is crucial to fully disclose any injuries or surgeries your dog may have at the time of drop-off so that we can provide the appropriate care during their stay. Please also bring any post-care instructions from your veterinarian.

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept dogs exhibiting hidden or severe injuries. If your dog has an injury that has not been evaluated by a vet, full disclosure at drop-off is mandatory. Transparency regarding the health of our dogs is vital for us to provide proper care. Any undisclosed injuries discovered after drop-off will result in the requirement to pick up your dog and pay in full for the reserved stay. Furthermore, please refrain from bringing your dog if they show symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, unusual nasal discharge, lethargy, Giardia, or if they have fleas, ticks, or worms.

An additional fee of $25.00 will be charged at check-out (per day/per dog) if any unforeseen situations arise with your dog that require extra cleaning or adjustments to our routine. This applies especially if we need to take precautions to prevent contamination while your dog stays with us, especially if you or your emergency contact are unable to pick them up promptly.

During our busy holiday or peak season periods, we often operate at full capacity. When you reserve a kennel for your dog, it is likely booked for another dog the same day. We understand that plans can change, and you may be unable to pick up your dog on the scheduled day. However, this situation puts us in a challenging position, potentially leading to an additional fee of $25.00 to $45.00 per day/per dog. Please note that this fee will not apply when we are not at full capacity.

If your dog is not accustomed to walking on gravel or concrete, you may notice redness or tenderness in their paws after their stay. This happens because they have not yet developed a callus-like protective layer. With time, they will build up this protective layer, and although some dogs may initially have sensitive pads, sore paws usually indicate they have enjoyed active play, which will improve as they adapt.

When you pick up your dog from daycare or overnight lodging, please be aware that they may be tired and will likely sleep well at home, which signifies they have had a fantastic time. Many dogs engage in vigorous play during their stay with us. We aim to ensure that their experience is as enjoyable as possible, making it a delightful vacation for them away from home.

Thank you for your understanding!
