  • STAY & PLAY - $45/per dog/per day UNLIMITED GROUP PLAY TIME- Iron Will Dog Lodge is where the FUN NEVER ENDS when your dog stays with us! Huge yards, pools, toys, play equipment, friends, etc.! Where we provide a home away from home in an ideal environment where your dog can socialize, exercise, thrive and will receive plenty of love and attention from our amazing staff!
  • SUPERVISED PLAY GROUPS- Dogs will be placed in the appropriate play groups based on size, personality, and age! Young, old, big, small, we can accommodate them all!
  • BUDDY TIME - $15/per dog/per day- we understand that not all dogs can play well with others. Your dog does NOT have to play with other dogs in a group. Buddy time dogs will have their own private outdoor play yard, which WILL 100% include one-on-one staff time with options (& pool time for summer time fun) and or just lots of cuddling to ensure all their needs are met throughout each day! DAILY PHOTOS INCLUDED!
  • SPECIAL NEEDS/ELDERLY DOGS💛- $45/per dog/per day we have a designated comfort area to board special needs and elderly dogs. Our specialized accommodations are separate from the other boarding dogs to ensure they are comfortable and less stressed, and all their needs are being met.
  • PICTURES OF YOUR DOG- we will make sure you don't miss out on those special moments!
  • BIRTHDAY PARTIES!-🥳 this includes a free pup cup for the birthday boy/girl!
  • KENNELS- your dog will eat their meals, be able to take naps, and sleep the night away in their own private indoor comfy kennel!
  • OUR GOAL: A happy and tired pooch!
  • UNSPAYED FEMALES & INTACT MALES- we accept them here! That being said, due to common behavioral issues, they may not be able to play in a group with other dogs.
  • NO BREED RESTRICTIONS! We accept all dogs, no matter what breed, as long as they are not aggressive to the staff!
  • CHECK OUT TIME- by 11AM. If you pick up anytime after 11AM on check-out day, you will be charged another day for boarding. We charge per day.
  • We maintain a very high standard of care for your beloved pets. Our dedicated team is committed to treating your dogs with the same level of attention and affection as if they were our own. Our primary objective is to provide your dogs with an exceptional stay away from home, affording you the confidence to entrust them to our care. We prioritize open and transparent communication, encouraging you to reach out to us at your convenience via email, text, or phone call throughout your pet's stay. Additionally, we invite you to utilize your Paw Partner account to receive updates, photos, and engage with our team during your dogs' time with us.

  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR LODGING- through our Paw Partner system
  • MUST check in/out on the days and times you reserved! Please communicate with us if anything changes!
  • All agreements have been read over and signed!
  • Emergency Contact has been provided for our records.
  • VACCINATIONS- Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Bordatella - VACCINATION POLICY: FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERY DOG AND STAFF MEMBER - ALL DOGS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE ON REQUIRED VACCINES. IF YOUR DOG HAS A MEDICAL EXEMPTION, PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER FROM YOUR VET. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR VACCINE RECORDS/LETTERS BY THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR BOARDING OR DAYCARE RESERVATION! THANK YOU FOR YOUR FULL COOPERATION! *Please add vaccine information on Paw Partner under "Pet & Vaccines" & upload documents there!It is you (the owners) responsiblility to upload your dogs vaccinations to their Paw Partner account and put in the expiration dates!
  • We also accept “Titers information” for dogs that can not get vaccinated due to autoimmune disorders, etc.!
  • Canine Influenza Vaccine is recommended but NOT required to stay at our facility! We understand that sometimes this vaccine is unavailable from the vet clinics!
  • BEDDING - Please DO NOT bring bedding; we will supply bedding for your dog! We offer very nice cots, blankets, and other dog bed options, depending on your dog's needs!

  • MEDICATIONS - all prescription medication from the Veterinarian must be in a prescription bottle with the label/note from the vet! PLEASE DO NOT PLACE MEDICATION/SUPPLEMENTS IN BAGGIES, FOOD, AND OR PILL POCKETS - doing so will prevent us from administering the medication to your dog! CBD oil must be in its original bottle with a label/note from the Veterinarian!
  • DOG FOOD - We highly recommend bringing your dog's food! It is better for your dog to stay on the same diet as at home. Dog food is required to be stored properly in a sealable/waterproof container, including dog treats you may bring, with the dog's name and feeding instructions. NO OPEN BAGS! We do have fridges and freezers for your dog's food if needed!
  • NO RAW HIDE BONES/HARD BONES/PIG EARS/BULLY STICKS/ ETC.- these are choking hazards!
  • Collar with Name Tag -*(no choke chains, corrective collars, harnesses or clothing allowed)*
  • PLEASE LABEL ALL BELONGINGS YOU ARE GOING TO BRING FOR YOUR DOGS STAY!
  • COMMUNICATION!
  • NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK! Also, Iron Will Dog Lodge reserves the right, without notice, to adjust its fees for services and for no shows. If you do not call 48 hours before your reservation over the holiday/peak season times when we are at full capacity, you will be charged for the days you reserved per dog.
  • AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS - WE MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE YOUR DOG WHILE THEY ARE HERE TO STAY WITH US! NO AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS ARE ALLOWED TOWARD THE STAFF! IF THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE WITH US, YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR DOG IMMEDIATELY!
  • Brachycephalic dogs- (shorter-nosed and flat-faced dogs) MUST be healthy with NO breathing issues!

ADDITIONAL INFO TO NOTE:

If your dog is due or past due for shots, they MUST be Vaccinated Prior to Coming to Our Facilities! 

Your Dog's Health is very important to us! Please Always Check Your Dog's Health and vaccinations with your veterinarian every six months to a Year!

We DO ACCEPT dogs post-surgery or with other medical needs! Please fully disclose at the time of drop-off any injuries/surgeries that your pup may have so we can give the proper care during their stay. Please bring any post-care instructions from your vet.

We DO NOT ACCEPT dogs with hidden or severe injuries. If your dog has an injury and has not been seen by a vet, FULL DISCLOSURE at drop-off is mandatory. It is detrimental for us to have full transparency regarding the health of our dogs so that we can care for them properly. Any undisclosed injuries after the time of drop-off will result in having to pick up your dog and pay in full for the stay you reserved. Please do not bring in your dog(s) if they are showing signs of coughing, sneezing, hacking, uncommon runny nose, lethargy, Giardia, etc., or if they have fleas, ticks, or worms!

AN UP CHARGE FEE OF $25.00 WILL BE APPLIED AT CHECK OUT (PER DAY/PER DOG) IF THERE IS ANY UNFORESEEN/ABOVE AND BEYOND SITUATIONS THAT SUDDENLY APPEAR WITH YOUR DOG (CAUSED NO VET CARE/HOME SITUATIONS) THAT WILL CAUSE US TO DO EXTRA CLEANING, CHANGING OUR ROUTINE, ETC, AND IF WE ARE HAVING TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE GETS CONTAMINATED WHILE THEY ARE STAYING HERE WHEN YOUR DOG MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET PICKED BACK UP BY YOU THE OWNER OR EMERGENCY CONTACT.

DURING OUR MAJOR HOLIDAY/PEAK SEASON TIME FRAMES WE ARE ALWAYS AT FULL CAPACITY. SO THAT BEING SAID, WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR DOG'S STAY MORE THAN LIKELY THAT KENNEL IS ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN FOR ANOTHER DOG THAT SAME DAY YOU RESERVED TO PICK-UP YOUR DOG OR THE FOLLOWING DAY. WE UNDERSTAND THAT FROM TIME-TO-TIME PLANS WILL CHANGE, AND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PICK-UP YOUR DOG ON THE PICK-UP DAY YOU RESERVED, BUT THIS PUTS US IN A TIGHT SITUATION THAT WE DIRELY DO NOT WANT TO BE IN, WHICH MAY RESULT IN A $25.00 UP CHARGE FEE PER DAY/PER DOG. PLEASE KNOW THIS WILL NOT APPLY WHEN WE ARE NOT AT FULL CAPACITY!

If your dog has never been on gravel or concrete much, then redness/tenderness is usually seen after they board or come to daycare. If this occurs, they have not built a callus-like protective layer on their paws. They will build up a protective layer on their paws, which takes time. It is not unusual for some dogs to have sensitive pads. Sore paws mean they played hard, but over time, their paws will be good with the gravel terrain.

When you pick up your dog from day camp or lodging overnight, please remember that they will be tired and sleep well when they get home. This means they had a great time! Most of the dogs play very hard when they are here! This is their vacation away from home, and we want them to have the best time possible with us!
